Job summary

Devire Poland is representing an international technology company that specializes in data and power transmission, with a growing Microsoft 365 DMS project. You will help shape a new centralised document management solution from the ground up, focusing on implementation, configuration, and continuous development rather than routine administration.

You will administer and extend SharePoint Online, design site structures and workflows, and ensure governance and security.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience in administering, implementing, or developing Document Management System (DMS) solutions.
Good understanding of document management processes, permissions management, governance, and information security principles.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
Understanding of system integration concepts; knowledge of PowerShell and APIs would be an advantage.
Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and further develop the SharePoint Online environment.
Participate in the implementation, configuration, and development of a DMS solution based on SharePoint Online and D.velop for Microsoft 365.
Design and manage site structures, document libraries, metadata, permissions, and governance policies.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into solutions supporting document management and business collaboration.
Design, configure, and improve document workflows and business process automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Ensure compliance with information security requirements, data retention regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with business process owners, Legal, Information Security, and other IT teams to deliver solutions tailored to business needs.
Provide second- and third-line technical support for SharePoint Online and DMS solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, conduct user training, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities to improve document management processes, system functionality, and the end-user experience.
