Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced Trainer to support ICT training initiatives for our clients. You will analyze training needs, design programs, and deliver classes and workshops for end users and management.

This role requires a strong IT background, 8+ years, English C1, and a teaching certification such as CompTIA CTT+. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to tailor trainings and evaluate effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or willingness to take the exam.
• At least one training certification (e.g., CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools.
• Experience in planning training scope, designing materials, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of conducting workshops and instructor-led trainings in classroom and remote environments.
• Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing and training tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out training needs analysis to identify gaps between current and desired skills levels.
• Providing directly training classes, workshops, and lab trainings for end users of ICT applications.
• Offering mentoring in use of ICT applications to mid and top management.
• Bridging developers with end users and contributing to change management.
• Delivering trainings for new ICT applications and supporting project trainings.
