Job summary

DCG is seeking a Software Security Architect in Warsaw to design secure architectures and lead cybersecurity initiatives across the development lifecycle. You will produce documentation, present architectures to stakeholders and collaborate with security teams to ensure robust protection.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in IT, 8+ years in a similar role, a Master's degree, B2-level English, and multiple international cybersecurity certs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Master's degree required; Education level: at least 7.
• English level: B2 confirmed by certificate or willing to take exam.
• Hold at least four internationally recognized cybersecurity, security architecture, audit, governance, risk management or EA certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, TOGAF, CNDA, CRISC).
• Knowledge of secure development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of security architecture reference models and security solutions.
• Knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends.
• Ability to align security with business objectives and risk management.
• Ability to guide implementers and communicate with IT personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose secure architecture aligned with the organisation's strategy.
• Develop cybersecurity architecture to meet security and privacy requirements.
• Produce architectural documentation and specifications.
• Present high-level security architecture to stakeholders.
• Establish a secure environment during the development life cycle.
• Lead development, integration and maintenance of cybersecurity components.
• Analyze and evaluate the organisation's cybersecurity of the architecture.
• Ensure security of solution architectures via reviews.
• Collaborate with security personnel and other teams on security principles.
• Assess impact of cybersecurity solutions on design and performance.
• Adapt security architecture to emerging threats.
• Assess implemented architecture to maintain appropriate security level.
