Siemens Energy in Warszawa seeks an expert for the tax treatment of employee share programs. You’ll design compliant equity compensation structures across borders and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Tax, Legal, Finance and external advisors. You’ll monitor tax changes, advise on mobility and withholding, drive global tax reporting, and prepare disclosures.
English fluency is essential; German is a plus. Remote work within Poland is allowed.
In your new role, you act as the expert for the tax treatment of employee share programs, ensuring compliant and efficient structures across a complex international landscape. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, Tax, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
You assess tax implications and risks, monitor legislative changes, and provide clear guidance on topics such as cross-border participation, mobility, and withholding. Supporting global initiatives like new plan designs and M&A activities, you ensure tax is considered from concept to execution.
At the same time, you align stakeholders across regions, improve tax reporting and compliance processes, and drive consistency. Through your expertise, you help shape a transparent and future-ready share plans environment.
