Computershare in Warsaw is seeking a Plan Specialist to own end-to-end administration of equity and deferred compensation plans for an international client base.
You will use EquatePlus to manage complex plan events, collaborate with global teams, and maintain strong adherence to compliance and risk frameworks while delivering meticulous service to our corporate clients.

As a Plan Specialist you will be at the heart of our Share Plans operations, taking end-to-end ownership for the administrative lifecycle of equity and deferred compensation plans to our international client base.
You will leverage our industry leading platform, EquatePlus, to manage complex plan events. As a Plans Specialist you will develop strong operational knowledge of the Share Plans industry in a dynamic function and team requiring strong operational discipline, global cross-functional collaboration, and work directly with some of our international and well-known corporate clients.
We are looking for proactive candidates who have a passion for customer delivery, and experience of maintaining strong service standards for a large client base in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. Crucially, you will be focused on solutions and possess the ability to solve problems quickly, manage multiple complex activities running in parallel, and maintain a sharp focus on timelines. The typical base pay range for this role is PLN 8,400 - 8,700 Monthly (Gross)
