Job summary

Siemens Energy in Warszawa seeks an expert for the tax treatment of employee share programs. You’ll design compliant equity compensation structures across borders and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Tax, Legal, Finance and external advisors. You’ll monitor tax changes, advise on mobility and withholding, drive global tax reporting, and prepare disclosures.

English fluency is essential; German is a plus. Remote work within Poland is allowed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Tax, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Law.
• Experience in international taxation with equity compensation focus.
• Ability to interpret global tax rules for cross-border plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as global SME for tax implications of employee share programs.
• Monitor evolving tax legislation and assess impact on programs.
• Develop tax-compliant frameworks for equity-based compensation.
• Prepare disclosures and filings related to share programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Payroll across regions.
