Job summary

Eaton in Poland is seeking a Services Sales Engineer for Power Distribution to develop and execute sales strategies, grow service business, and manage a pipeline of accounts. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and close opportunities while building strong relationships with key customers.

You will travel up to 50% to customer sites, perform site assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales or a commercial role.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium- and low-voltage systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English; Polish fluency.
• Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Distribution Service business.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Country Sales, Local Service, EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel).
