Qualifications
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including platform configuration, administration, and support.
- Knowledge of two of the listed modules (AI Agents, CSM, CMDB/CSDM, GRC, TPRM, HRSD, IRM, ITSM, Platform Administration, System Administration, VR).
- Experience with designing medium to complex architectures and providing technical guidance to sales and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Designs medium and complex size solutions, develops and tests modules in line with timelines and budgets.
- Provides integration facilities and provisions logistics.
- Suggests and implements process improvements within projects.
- Creates technical documentation and project documentation for software development.
