• Recommend optimal architectural approaches and consistently justify proposed solutions
• Collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to key technical decisions
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical expertise in ServiceNow IRM and BCM
• Ability to challenge and verify vendor actions and implementation decisions
• High assertiveness and confidence in defending recommended solutionsNatural leadership tendencies and strong ownership
