Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect and Senior Developer to lead architecture and delivery for IRM and BCM modules. The role requires strong technical autonomy and the ability to challenge implementation decisions with confidence.

You will analyse, design, and develop robust solutions, evaluate vendor work from both technical and functional angles, and guide key technical decisions in collaboration with the project team. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

• Ability to challenge vendor actions and implementation decisions.
