Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and participate in SCRUM meetings and design reviews.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, security, data mgmt, workflows, integrations.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs) and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and mentor junior team members.
