Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a multi-project team delivering on Incident, Problem, Change, and other ServiceNow modules across Europe and the US.

You will configure, script, and integrate ServiceNow, participate in reviews, and help mentor colleagues while ensuring quality and compliance with development standards. Fluent English and Polish are required; Warsaw-based role with office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing requirements and participating in SCRUM sessions.
• Developing and administering ServiceNow including configuration, security, data management, and upgrades.
• Developing solutions, scripting, flows, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and identifying automation opportunities.
• Providing testing support, deployment activities, and mentoring team members.
