Job summary

Danaher in Kraków is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ITSM and HRSD solutions, enabling scalable, user-centric workflows and automation. You will drive governance, system integrity, and security alignment across the platform.

An ideal candidate combines ITSM & HRSD expertise with integration and automation, delivering enterprise-wide service transformation while working within a remote-friendly model.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on delivery experience in ITSM and/or HRSD modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Employee Center.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA mandatory; CIS-ITSM & CIS-HRSD preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, and automation to streamline service delivery.
• Develop scripts and UI components to meet requirements with best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with Workday, Azure AD, and payroll systems using REST/SOAP.
• Enhance portals and dashboards for ITSM and HR performance tracking.
