Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Poland. You will work on multiple projects across ITSM/ITOM modules, focusing on development, configuration, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Polish. A collaborative environment with mentorship and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
Methodical and focused approach to work.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent English and fluent Polish.
Residing in Poland

Responsibilities

Analyze and participate in review sessions and SCRUM meetings.
Create and maintain documentation and solution validation pre-deployment.
Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, workflows, and integrations.
Develop scripts, flows, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities.
Provide testing support, deployment activities, and mentor juniors.
