Job summary

Sii is seeking an experienced technology professional to support the design and implementation of a centralized configuration data solution within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will combine expertise in service management platforms, configuration management, and system integrations to ensure critical technology assets are accurately represented and governed.

Qualifications

• Experience with design and implementation of centralized configuration data solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of service management platforms, configuration management, and system integrations.
• Ability to build scalable, governance-driven data models and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities
• Configure data models, mapping logic, reconciliation rules, and governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality CMDB data
• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements
• Create technical documentation, support testing activities, and ensure operational readiness through knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions
• Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality
