Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. You will craft technical offers, define architectures, and manage risks while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires deep ServiceNow knowledge, hands-on module experience, and strong communication skills in English. Polish residency is preferred, with opportunities across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in ITSM tool implementations consulting.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Join the Sii ServiceNow Competency Center and become part of a team delivering solutions for clients across Europe and the United States. We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations. In this role, you will contribute to designing and evolving scalable solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. Your tasks

Requirements

• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation

• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well‑developed analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
