Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join its ServiceNow Competency Center, delivering architecture-driven ITSM solutions across Europe and the US. You will design scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor teams, and shape service strategy while working with stakeholders across client teams.

The role requires hands-on experience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM), strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication in English. Poland residency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years in an Architect role.
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Poland residency required.

We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations. In this role, you will contribute to designing and evolving scalable solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
