Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. You will lead architectural decisions, assess risks, and craft technical designs for complex platforms while aligning with client goals.

The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow implementations, 2+ years in an Architect role, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products
• Proven hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Polish residency required

We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations.
