Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a strategic multi‑module platform project for an international financial organization. You will lead a small team and collaborate with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead, with Warsaw office presence once a week and occasional travel to Switzerland.

Focus is on scalable designs, adherence to best practices, and end‑to‑end integration across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD. Fluent Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and management.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing people.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, Risk, and Privacy in ServiceNow.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and maintain architectural integrity.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Residence in Poland.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join a large, strategic project aimed at building a multi-module ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization. You will lead a team of three developers and collaborate directly with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead. This role requires a strong technical leadership, presence in the office in Warsaw once a week, and occasional travel to Switzerland. Your tasks

• Designing the target architecture of the solution and ensuring the consistency of the entire platform
• Providing technical leadership for a team of three ServiceNow Developers
• Collaborating directly with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead
• Making technical decisions regarding configuration, customization, integration, and data models
• Defining development standards and ensuring the scalability of the solution
• Conducting technical reviews of solutions prepared by Developers
• Designing cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related platform capabilities, ensuring end-to-end consistency and appropriate integration patterns
• Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimizing unnecessary customization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and management
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing people
• Deep understanding of multi-module ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, CSM, Risk, and Privacy
• Ability to design scalable solutions and maintain architectural integrity across the platform
• Expertise in technical standards and best practices in ServiceNowFluent Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

• Experience with AI development within ServiceNow project
