Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Europe-focused Competency Center. You will analyze business needs, translate requirements into clear development specifications, and design solutions aligned with stakeholder goals.

You will support the development team, manage documentation, and guide UAT and production deployments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years on ServiceNow, strong stakeholder communication, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase

• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your tasks

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions

• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
