Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand customer needs and translate them into development specifications. You will design end-to-end solutions, manage documentation, and guide UAT and deployment, collaborating daily with both technical and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.
