Responsibilities

• Ensure secure operation, configuration, and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform.

• Gather, analyse, and assess business needs and user requirements, translating them into optimal technical solutions aligned with architecture design.
• Supervise ServiceNow development and improvement projects and oversee bug fixing.
• Support project management in implementing organisational-wide service management capabilities and assist in risk management, disaster recovery, and security management.
• Provide ServiceNow demos and training to end-users and support teams.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

• Supervise ServiceNow development and improvement projects and oversee bug fixing,
• Support project management in implementing organisational-wide service management capabilities and assist in risk management, disaster recovery, and security management,
• Provide ServiceNow demos and training to end-users and support teams,
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

Mandatory Requirements:
