Danish Crown is seeking a Service Manager for Foundation Services & Transformation within Global IT. You will help shape service ownership, governance, and interfaces, coordinating across countries, platforms and suppliers to drive transformation and stable operation.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into actionable plans, improving service delivery, and enabling enterprise-wide standardisation. Onsite presence is required with occasional travel to Randers or other sites.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT Service Management.
• Experience with service transition or transformation across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate unclear expectations into workable service definitions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and mature foundation services scope, ownership and interfaces.
• Establish governance models, playbooks and operating routines across foundation services.
• Translate roadmaps into coordinated transformation plans and track progress.
• Drive service integration across delivery teams, platforms, suppliers and countries.
• Coordinate transition and operational readiness for new or changed services.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and simplification.
