Qualifications

• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in IT infrastructure or datacenter technologies.
• Proven experience managing enterprise datacenter services across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of compute, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience developing service roadmaps, budgets, contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own the global datacenter service strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure and resilient datacenter services.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks and supplier performance.
• Manage technology partnerships, budgets, forecasts and business cases.
• Guide services from design through operational readiness and handover.
