Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Service Manager in Bielsko-Biała, Poland to lead the service team and oversee daily operations. You will coordinate installation, commissioning, and on-site activities, driving exceptional customer service and collaborating with the EMEA organization.

Fluent in English and Polish, you will build long-term relationships, manage multiple projects, and contribute to international projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Polish are required.
• Experience leading a team of service technicians.
• Field service in the power engineering industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
• Familiar with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the service team and manage its daily operations.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, product acceptance, and on-site activities in line with contractual obligations.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA service organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies within the area of responsibility.
• Manage operational risks while continuously improving efficiency.

Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Service Manager located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Building and developing the service team and managing its daily operations

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Fluent English and Polish – both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Experience in managing a team of service technicians
• Field service experience in the power engineering industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
• Experience in data management – analysis, reporting, process optimization
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
