Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking a Service Management Expert to join our GBS Service Management team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role centers on optimizing finance processes, implementing Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI solutions, and leading cross-department projects.

You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements, and contribute to our continuous improvement culture while ensuring compliance and knowledge continuity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SSC/BPO, finance background preferred.
• Finance/economics/technical degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Power Automate (RPA), Power Query, Power BI, and VBA (at least one at an advanced level).
• Strong analytical skills, service minded, proactive and flexible.
• Ability to tailor communication to business audiences.
• Awareness of cross-system dependencies in ERP context.
• Understanding of end-to-end financial processes: P2P, H2P, R2R, O2C.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acting as central point of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving change in organization with process analysis, optimization, tools implementation, and solution proposals.
• Supporting transition processes and scope definition.
• Developing improvements including Robotic Process Automation, Power Query, Power BI, and other technologies.
• Providing RGBS Finance framework for Taxonomy, SLAs, KPIs, and communication channels.
• Leading projects affecting multiple departments (GL, Controlling, AP, AR).
• Promoting Continuous Improvement mindset across the organization.
• Ensuring knowledge, business continuity and compliance standards are maintained.
