Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for an unlimited contract. You will handle end-to-end e-invoicing, process supplier invoices, and support month-end closing in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end e-invoicing reporting processes and track invoice statuses.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely with quality checks.
• Handle reminders and statements from suppliers and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment operations: run payment proposals and ensure complete documentation.
• Support month-end closing and identify opportunities to improve processes.

You will be exposed to projects that develop your skills and allow you to progress your career.What you will be doing:Monitor end-to-end e-invoicing reporting processes, track invoice statuses, and proactively investigate, resolve, and escalate reporting issues or exceptionsCollaborate closely with Accounts Payable teams, process experts, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and stabilization of e-invoicing processesProcess vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring appropriate quality standardsHandle reminders and statements from suppliers, identifying root causes of discrepanciesManage payment operations: prepare checklists before payment proposals, execute payment runs, and ensure timely completion of all documentationPerform independent analysis of goods received/invoices received and aging reportsParticipate in month-end closing activitiesIdentify process improvements and optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersCompliant handling of the accounts payable, period close and all engagements related heretoComply with internal policies, SLA and external legislationWhat you bring :Min. 1 year of experience in similar positionUniversity degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting or BankingFluent in EnglishKnowledge of French, Spanish, Swedish or other Scandinavian language would be a plusExperience with MS Excel, SAP and/or AlustaAnalytical skills and attention to detailFlexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic, changing environmentWhat we offerBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
