Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków seeks a senior Continuous Improvement lead to drive the GBS Service Improvement Centre of Excellence. You will govern the SI portfolio, align with GPOs, and push Lean Six Sigma across service lines. The role partners with automation teams to embed SI in digital funnels and measure real benefits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CI, strong UK/Poland business understanding, and English proficiency. Hybrid work from a Kraków centre location is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Service Management within GBS/shared services.
• Experience leading a CI CoE or enterprise improvement portfolio.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) - C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GBS Service Improvement capability as a central Centre of Excellence embedded within Service Management.
• Govern the GBS SI portfolio and value tracking framework across service lines.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma excellence and structured value realization across initiatives.
• Integrate SI with automation/digital platforms and ensure benefits are measurable and auditable.
