In this role, you will process service Pipette orders, manage invoicing, and update customer data. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong English and French skills (B2), and excellent MS Office capabilities. Service Administration Specialist with French (f/m/d)

Backoffice Position within Service Administration (Pipette Division).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process service Pipette orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians.


• Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.


• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers.


• Manage service contract.

What You Need to Succeed

• Good knowledge of English and French is a must (written and spoken, min. B2).


• 1 year of professional experience in similar positions.


• Very good MS Office skills.


• Strong customer orientation and service‑oriented work.


• Good understanding of complex business processes.
