Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ItIL Foundation Certification (optional)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance global account management features by troubleshooting bugs and resolving ad-hoc requests.
• Provide comprehensive client support by monitoring requirements, presenting data, and resolving tickets, while ensuring schedules and quality standards.
• Create and enhance Cmmi documentation and client specifications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to grow skills and productivity.
