Qualifications

• 5+ years of PLM experience and process-driven mindset.
• Windchill experience or similar PLM platforms is required.
• Ability to lead workshops and guide decisions across teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and constraints.
• Translate business needs into scalable PLM solution designs (Windchill preferred).
• Define functional specifications, configuration approaches and process flows.
• Support customization strategies, upgrades, migrations and integration needs.
• Coordinate with technical and nearshore teams across Poland and Asia; present progress to management.
