Webnomads, Inc. is seeking a senior Webflow developer to lead full-cycle production for ambitious clients worldwide. You will architect CMS systems, build modular components, and implement advanced interactions using GSAP and related tools.

The role emphasizes scalable architectures, performance optimization to Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and collaboration with designers, PMs, and clients. Remote-first with flexible hours and global projects.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience with production client work.
• Expert Webflow CMS handling including complex collections and relationships.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable sites beyond landing pages.
• Strong systems thinking with architecture-first approach and maintainable naming.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle development of advanced Webflow projects for key clients
• Architect sophisticated CMS setups (complex collections, relations, filters, dynamic logic)
• Create modular component libraries and reusable architecture patterns
• Implement advanced interactions, animations (GSAP, Lottie, scroll effects)
• Drive performance to Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed 95+), technical SEO, WCAG accessibility
• Integrate third-party APIs, backend tools, no-code databases (Xano, Airtable, etc.)
• Participate in project scoping, accurate estimation, cross-team communication
• Support mid/junior developers and elevate team standards, workflows, and innovation

Webflow & technical knowledge

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience with production client work
• Expert command of Webflow: complex CMS, custom attributes, overcoming platform constraints
• Proven history delivering enterprise-grade, scalable sites (beyond landing pages)
• Strong systems thinking: architecture-first approach (Client-First, Lumos or custom), clean naming, and maintainable structures at scale

• Experience with funded SaaS/startup clients in English
