Job summary

WAYF is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join permanently after atrial period and work with our key clients on their most demandingprojects. The role is client-facing and you sit with the team that owns a project end-to-end, with direct influence over product direction.

We use a modern stack (TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js) and coordinate via Slack, Linear, and Notion. Fully remote work with autonomy and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, its benefits and limitations.
• Commercial experience with React.js.
• Understanding of the TypeScript type system and its trade-offs.
• Knowledge of CSS techniques: CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, Tailwind.

The work is client-facing. You sit with the team that owns a project endto end, project managers included, and you have direct influence overwhere the product goes. Every line of code gets reviewed, in bothdirections.

Stack and tools

The stack for this position:

• General: TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Mobile: React Native (optional, nice to have)

Day-to-day coordination runs on Slack, Linear, and Notion.

What you’ll do

• Build with a modern stack: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js.

What we’re looking for

Technical

• A solid understanding of JavaScript, its benefits and its limitations.
• Commercial experience with React.js.
• Understanding of the TypeScript type system and its trade-offs.
• Knowledge of the different techniques for writing CSS: CSS-in-JS, CSSmodules, SCSS, Tailwind.
• Knowledge of the web platform and its APIs.
• Understanding of how the web works from top to bottom, includingserver-client communication.
• Understanding of how databases work and how to use them efficiently.

Compensation

18 000 zł – 25 000 zł B2B per month.

You also get annual performance-based bonuses.
