Job summary

Grafit Agency in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Web Designer to craft stunning SaaS websites for innovative brands. You will lead the design from concept to launch, and work closely with founders to translate ideas into compelling digital experiences.

You will collaborate with our Webflow team to ensure pixel-perfect execution, using Figma and design systems. This hybrid role offers growth, conferences, and a flexible work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing SaaS websites and digital products.
• Expert in Figma; experience with design systems.
• Strong understanding of web design, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Portfolio of tech and SaaS brand work.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish.
• Experience collaborating with founders and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

01 Your role & day-to-day

• Leading the design process for sophisticated SaaS websites from concept to launch
• Participating in discovery workshops and strategic meetings with founders to translate their vision into compelling digital experiences
• Working closely with our Webflow development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

02 Skills required

• At least 3 years of experience designing SaaS websites and digital products
• Expert knowledge of Figma and experience with working with design systems
• Deep understanding of web design principles, UX best practices, and conversion optimization
• Portfolio showcasing work for tech companies and SaaS brands
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish
• Experience in collaborating with founders and stakeholders
