Job summary

COWI is seeking an Advanced Water/Drainage/Utilities Engineer to join our team on high-profile infrastructure and urban development projects. The role offers hybrid work across Poland with projects in Gdansk, Warsaw, Krakow, and beyond.

You will work with global colleagues to deliver sustainable solutions. You will lead design work, perform calculations, 2D/3D modelling, ensure quality and environmental compliance, and collaborate with senior engineers across regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental or Civil engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D or Open Roads Designer.
• Experience in water, drainage or sewer infrastructure projects.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within water, drainage and sewer systems.
• Develop solutions to drainage problems in a team.
• Carry out design work, calculations, 2D/3D modelling and detailed drawings.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental processes are followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues in global teams.
