Job summary

Future Mind a Solita Company is seeking a Visual Designer for a temporary replacement from January to December 2027. You will work on branding, advertising assets for hiring, sales and employer branding.

You will join the in-house brand development with Solita Group across Europe, handling short-term concept visuals to long-term projects, plus some video edits and animations. The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and collaboration within a Creative team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.

• Common graphic design and animation skills.
• Understanding of current AI tools and ability to utilize them in your creative workflows.
• Overall understanding of digital channels and environments.

• Create digital advertising templates, layouts and animations.
• Produce campaign visuals and layouts for guides, both printed and digital.

A contract for a temporary replacement from January to December 2027

Do you have an eye for branding?

In our case, particularly in the context of professional services and employer branding. To maintain our growth pace, the need for intelligent branding, recruitment advertising as well as sales related advertising increases constantly. Hence, we are looking for a Visual Designer to join our team.

Tasks for an in-house Visual Designer vary from short-term concept visualisation gigs to more long-term marketing projects within sales, recruitment and employer branding. You will also take part in our inhouse brand development together with the creative team at our Mothership Solita Group, in Finland and across Europe.

Your tasks depend on the project at hand, though it’s fair to say that crafting the end result to be more understandable, usable and more attractive is your responsibility. We hope you can show us how to develop our communications with excellent visual design.

You’ll be creating for example:

• Digital advertising templates, layouts and animations
• Campaign visuals
• Layouts for guidebooks, both printed and digital
• Sales and company presentations
• Event booths and materials
• Illustrations and information graphics
• Simple video edits and animations (if possible)
