The role is on-site for our Warsaw office.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• 5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry.
• Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles.
• Advanced skills in Figma and design systems.
• Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights.
• Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
• Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards.
• Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions.
• Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements.
• Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
