Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer to elevate customer-facing solutions across the InPost Pay platform and related services. You will lead user research, create flows and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for international markets.

The role emphasizes financial products, accessibility, and human-centered design within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design: user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, etc.
• Experience with financial services (banking/fintech).
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (Claude or similar).
• Advanced English skills, fluent Polish.

Job Description

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to improve and reinvent the customer facing solutions, that serve our users in more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands. The right person will play a critical role in improving our customer experience and build a best-in-class experience to delight our customers, establish design principles and framework for the group to offer high quality and consistent solutions for global scale with cognisance of local markets' needs.

This role will focus specifically on financial products within InPost Pay, working closely with a small dedicated team on topics such as payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.

Your responsibilities:

• Be the voice of our users andsolve complex problemsto define and improve the user experience for a range of digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.
• Conduct user researchesto understand customer needs and define opportunities
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypesfor stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high fidelity mock-ups of visual designs consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the cross functional teamincluding developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely andsuccessful delivery of design solutions.
• Advocate to stakeholders and educate them on inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Support the design teamby actively participating in meetings, providing constructive critique feedback, and offering support to fellow designers when necessary.
• Use a data-informed approach to design by defining and tracking key metrics, and clearly communicating how design decisions drive user and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experiencein digital product design: user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, etc, and sharp, up-to-date, UI skills
• Experience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech)
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.
• Preferred experience and understanding of the specifics of working with B2B users
• A strongpassion for applying and evangelizing human-centered designmethodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Experience withprototyping tools– we use Figma.
• Able to work autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and have experience working in agile and fast-paced surroundings.
• Experience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech)
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.
• Advanced English skills(spoken and written), fluent Polish
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills to drive a change
