Qualifications

• 5-8y of experience in UX/UI design within B2B SaaS enterprise product environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-focused design solutions for intricate challenges.
• Contribute to and design effectively within a comprehensive design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for complex features and products, from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Use data and research to inform design decisions.
• Evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Mentor junior designers and drive best practices within the team.
