Job summary

Akamai is seeking a User Experience Designer to craft enterprise and developer-facing products, including AI infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end design, prototyping, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ship intuitive experiences for complex cloud, security, and AI systems.

You will translate technical concepts into scalable UI, API, CLI, and IaC experiences, champion user-centered design, and leverage research to validate decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience in product or B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing developer workflows (APIs, infrastructure).
• Familiar with AI/ML workflows such as model deployment and inference.

This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable experiences for complex systems, from early concept through launch in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Partner with the best

You will play a key role in designing major products and features, working closely with product owners from concept through launch. You will have a proven track record of shipping products that users love.

As an User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:
