Motorola Solutions in Kraków is seeking a Senior UX Designer to collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists and the global UX team to design the next generation of public safety applications. You will apply human-centered design to inspire change and translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

You will contribute to a design-led product development process across multinational teams, shaping user experiences in critical public safety software.

Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, subject matter experts and other members of the global UX team to design the next generation of public safety applications. You will be enabling a design-led product development process with a human-centered approach. You will be leveraging the power of design to inspire change and execute the vision.

Basic Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence within cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Professional fluency in English
