Ruby Labs is hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own Meta paid traffic and subscriptions via web funnels within a single project. You’ll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, scale and cut campaigns, and drive performance using AI tools and automation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social management, Meta as main platform with ROI focus.
• Experience managing 500k+ USD monthly ad spend with growth.
• Multi-GEO campaigns across countries/regions with data-driven scaling.
• Strong CPA/ROAS analytics and cohort analysis capability.
• Deep Meta platform knowledge and creative testing methods.
• Experience automating UA workflows with AI or scripts.
• Proactive ownership in fast-paced environments and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and scale Meta paid social end-to-end: structure, bidding, budget, optimization.
• Expand to AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat; identify growth levers and campaign types.
• Scale spend across GEOs while meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Run structured creative testing with the creative team; set hypotheses.
• Collaborate with data team for reports, cohort analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Oversee signal quality: events, value, attribution, and optimization.
• Protect account health: structure, backups, policy compliance.
• Work with platform reps on betas and new features.
• Leverage Claude/automation to speed builds, reporting and optimization.
• Document strategy, tests and learnings; monitor market trends.
