Wild Pastures is seeking an experienced Meta Media Buyer to own paid social growth for our subscription brands, Paleovalley & Wild Pastures. You will lead strategy, execution, and scaling on Facebook and Instagram, aligning acquisition with retention and LTV.

This long-term independent contractor role is fully remote, 40 hours/week, 11am-3pm Mountain Time overlap. Ideal candidates manage $300k+ monthly spend, possess strong analytics and creative feedback skills, and thrive in fast-growth

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta buying for DTC e-commerce or direct-response brands, with ownership from strategy through execution.
• Personally managed around $300,000+ per month in Meta ad spend; specify if one account or multiple clients.
• Demonstrated success acquiring customers profitably with CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback focus; subscription experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Own Meta as a growth channel for Wild Pastures, managing strategy, account structure, budget allocation, optimisation, and scaling across Facebook and Instagram.
• Drive profitable subscription growth using nCAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV, and payback, considering retention and customer quality.
• Design and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
• Own platform creative strategy and provide actionable feedback based on performance insights.
• Brief and guide creative development with the team to translate strategy into assets that perform.
