The role demands expertise in UCCE, CUCM, and SIP, with a strong track record of eliminating outages under tight SLAs. This is a B2B contract on a Kraków hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated, progressive hands-on engineering, support, or implementation experience in complex Cisco enterprise collaboration, voice, and contact center environments.
• Troubleshooting Mastery: Proven track record in solving multifaceted, mission-critical voice/video/signaling degradation issues under tight SLAs.
• Enterprise Customer Exposure: Led technical consulting or high-touch engineering for large-scale enterprise, financial, government, or telecom customers.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
