Estarta Poland is seeking a Senior High Touch Engineer to support enterprise Cisco Collaboration environments. This remote role focuses on expert escalation, root cause analysis, and proactive guidance across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud setups.

The role requires deep expertise in voice, UC, and contact center technologies, with strong Cisco UCCE/CUCM experience, and a track record with large enterprise clients. 12-month B2B contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Cisco Collaboration experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice, video, and signaling issues.
• Experience with large enterprise customers in highly available environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for Sev 1/2 incidents.
• Troubleshoot voice, video, signaling, and collaboration issues.
• Perform packet capture analysis and trace analysis using Cisco tools.
