Job summary

Destinus is seeking an experienced UAV Demonstration Operator to lead live flight demos for military customers and partners across multiple countries. You will work with engineering and flight ops to ensure safety, readiness, and mission success during fixed-wing UAV deployments.

The role requires a strong military background, at least five years of UAV flight experience, and proficiency with ground control systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of UAV flight experience in military/defense/fight-test environments.
• Military background in aviation, reconnaissance, UAV operations, or related fields is required.
• Strong understanding of UAV avionics, datalinks, and flight systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAV demonstrations, deployments, and showcases across multiple countries.
• Operate fixed-wing UAV systems during customer demos and test flights.
• Maintain demonstration readiness of aircraft, payloads, and ground control stations.
