AgileEngine in Poznań is seeking a hands-on TypeScript engineer to own the product's technical delivery, translating lofty goals into concrete, researched options and delivering working features.

You may contribute to a new React/Electron UI in the initial months, run short spikes, and collaborate with the lead architect while using AI-assisted tools carefully and maintaining robust communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
• Product-engineering mindset to progress from incomplete requirements.
• Sharp problem solving and ability to communicate technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implementation options.
• Contribute to a new React/Electron UI during initial months.
• Run short research spikes and present options, risks, and recommendations.
• Review unfamiliar code for defects and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Coordinate progress via async communication and Slack outside daily meetings.
• Support adjacent CI/CD, frontend, or C++ package work when needed.
