AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company delivering award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries. We are seeking a product-focused engineer to own technical delivery, possibly contribute to a React/Electron UI, and drive small research spikes to inform architecture decisions.

You will collaborate with a European team, participate in regular scrums, and use AI-assisted tools with careful validation. Flexitime and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on TypeScript experience.
Ability to own technical delivery independently.
Critical thinking and clear technical communication.
Ability to review unfamiliar code and identify defects.
Willingness to participate in European team overlap and scrums.

Responsibilities

Own the product's technical development from goals to implementation options.
Potentially contribute to a new React/Electron UI in initial months.
Run short research spikes and present options and risks to the lead architect.
Use Claude Code to accelerate while validating AI outputs.
Communicate progress and blockers via Slack and publish a working schedule.
Contribute to CI/CD, frontend, or C++ package work as needed.
