Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. Kraków-based team is seeking a hands-on product-engineering leader to own technical delivery from high-level goals to implemented features. You may contribute to a new React/Electron UI in the early months and drive spike-based research with the team.

You will review unfamiliar code, explain trade-offs, and collaborate across frontend, CI/CD, and C++ packages. Strong TypeScript skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on TypeScript engineering with ownership of technical delivery.
• Product-engineering mindset to progress with incomplete requirements.
• Strong critical thinking and clear technical communication.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and Scrum meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implementation options.
• Contribute to a new React/Electron UI during initial months.
• Run short spikes, present options, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate while validating behavior.
• Communicate progress and blockers via Slack and publish a working schedule.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, frontend, or C++ packages.
