Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków, Poland invites a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our finance team. In this hybrid role, you’ll ensure intercompany and treasury activities run smoothly while collaborating with PTP, OTC, and RTR teams.

You will verify postings, reconcile intercompany balances, and support forecasting, TEF, IHB, and Cashforce. A finance degree and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Solid professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of internal financial postings and report discrepancies.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across Group entities.
• Perform daily activities in intercompany and financial management systems (AARO, CoProcessNetting).
• Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.
• Prepare reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for financial audit purposes.
• Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
• Support treasury operations including manual payments, In-House Banking (IHB) activities, TEF processing, Cashforce administration, and forecasting.

About the role:

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team in Cracow office.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.
